Raquel gave our small group an excellent 4 hour walking tour where we visited a mercearia (family-run grocer) tasting delicious cheese & more from a charcuterie board with a glass of vinho verde, bolinho de bacalhau (salted cod fritters) with rye & corn bread and more vinho at a classic taco, cachorrinho (mini hot dog) and a very welcome cold beer, and lastly pastel de nata (Portuguese custard tart) with tea or coffee. Along the way Raquel gave us lots of information and history about the places we passed, she answered all our questions and was a wonderful local guide. Highly recommend Raquel as a guide!

Rita was so knowledgeable and kind. We could not have been happier!! Rita, was standing in at the last minute for a co-worker and she brougt joy with her to the last minute job. Great tour, lots of yummy foods and so much fun!

Ana was a wonderful guide around Porto. She made sure we knew some of the history of the city as well as taking us to some wonderful food experiences. Everything was wonderful. We had a tour with a French speaking woman, and Ana made sure everything was translated so that we all enjoyed the experience. Thank you, Ana.

Daniela was a fabulous personable guide. Able to answer iurquestions. She was full of knowledge about Porto and Port wine. Our tour was wonderful. Got a great look at Porto and Villanova De Gaia. Enjoyed our Sao Bento station visit, Port wine tasting at Fonseca. Lunch at the riverside. What a view to behold from the Gaia side.

We had a wonderful time on this food tour with Carlota! The four stops were excellent, with delicious food, snacks and drinks, and we really enjoyed the walks through Porto in between. Carlota was fantastic—warm, personable, good-natured and incredibly knowledgeable about Porto, its history and everything we were seeing along the way. She made the whole experience relaxed, fun and very enjoyable. A great way to experience Porto, and Carlotta made it especially memorable. Highly recommended!
