The pianist was excellent!! The intimate space added to the concert. Having gone to the concert really added to our experience of Krakow. The location of the concert was very convenient. I am really happy we didn't miss going. The pianist was so talented, and the music was of course lovely.

It was a wonderful way to spend an hour… listening to an outstanding performance on the piano! Some reviews complain about the wine, but that is NOT the reason you go. Absolutely lovely way to spend an hour before dinner.
An hour in Chopin's world. A master of the piano who undoubtedly shows his love for the art of mastering a piano at the level of Chopin. A very intimate concert. I definitely recommend this event
Whilst the actual music was great to listen to, that was it. Room no atmosphere, half glass warm prosecco, there was a short recording, the the pianist entered -played- left. No greeting, no additional info in btwn songs, did not speak.
I had initially signed up for the best of Queen concert but because of low numbers, it was cancelled. I was contacted the day of and given the option to switch to the Chopin performance and glass of wine. It did not disappoint. The pianist did a wonderful job and it was a special experience to hear Chopin in the Chopin gallery. it was a great hour long performance (with a 10 minute intermission) in an intimate setting.
When it came to composing for the piano, Chopin had few equals in his time or at any time. The programme, performed by a young member of the city's musical faculty, consisted of mainly of nocturnes, mazurkas, polonaises but included a long-time favourite of mine, the Fantaisie impromptu. op. 66. A very enjayable hour.
Very relaxed. A short interlude to stop and appreciate music.
