The lack of signage at the new location and the absence of someone to guide guests are important lessons for us - we will make sure this is properly addressed for future events. The heat only added to the discomfort, and we are sorry for that too. We take this very seriously because we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality events, as reflected in our guests' reviews. The fact that all these issues combined to overshadow the evening deeply saddens and embarrasses us - this is not the Chopin Point Warsaw experience we work so hard to create, and it is not the impression we want to leave with our guests.
