Suzanna was kind enough to meet our group at the hotel, which was appreciated. She was professional, thorough and very knowledgeable. For 3 1/2 hrs. she gave us a very complete overview of Hungarian history and specifically the Jewish Quarter. I highly recommend this tour, and Suzanna specifically.

Andrea was an excellent...
Andrea was an excellent tour guide! Our 2 hour private tour covered a lot of ground from all 3 synagogues (from the outside), through the Jewish district seeing the ruin bar scene, to the shoes on the Danube memorial.

Engaging Tour and History Lesson
Our guide was excellent and provided an informative and interesting history of the sites we visited. After the tour we returned to the Central Synagogue to see the inside. Although the entrance fee was high, it was well worth it.
My family and I were quite impressed with this tour and decided it was the best tour we went on during our trip (and that was a high bar).

Memorable Tour in Budapest
Julia was knowledgeable and informative. She picked us up at our hotel and took us to the historical Jewish sights of Budapest. The synagogues are beautiful and we also learned more about Budapest’s Jewish community today.

This tour of Jewish history in Budapest is exceptional!
Julia is extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to while we walked around the Jewish Quarter. She provided us with a wonderful overview of many historical facts during the tour. The places she took us to were very interesting and we felt that we got an exceptional and memorable picture of the history and lives of Jews in Budapest.

Private Tour With Petra Was Excellent!!!!!
I had an incredible experience with Petra as my tour guide in Budapest. She arrived at my hotel right on time and was extremely informative. Her knowledge of the Jewish history in Budapest was outstanding. She took me to the Great Synagogue and several other synagogues, explaining everything in deep detail. We also visited the Danube River to see the bronze shoes. The day was perfectly organized, and the entire history she shared was so moving. I highly recommend Petra—she was simply excellent.

Jewish Budapest
Julia was a very knowledgeable and friendly tour guide. We learned a lot about the Jewish quarter and also about Budapest. Julia was able to answer all of our many queries. We never felt rushed which was important as we were traveling with my 86 year old mother.
