Late cancellation by company - no option - not dependable.
Tour operator cancelled less than two hours before it was supposed to start - extremely disappointing .

Hi,
We would like to request a review investigation, as the information provided is not accurate.
The customer was informed in advance that the tour could not operate due to the minimum participant requirement not being met. Our policy requires at least 2 participants for this tour to run. We contacted the customer before the scheduled start time and can provide WhatsApp screenshots as evidence of this communication.
The statement that the tour was cancelled less than two hours before departure does not reflect the communication history we have on record.
As the review contains factually incorrect information, we kindly ask that it be reviewed and removed.

In depth tour
Knowledgeable and in-depth! Claudia did an excellent job with a sensitive topic. What an amazing experience. Her knowledge was clearly advance and she kept the pace enjoyable.

Misleading Tour Title
It does not include a ticket to the synagogue. We felt a bit mislead. Our guide was very informative and share a lot of information.

Just to clarify — our company offers two different tours in the Jewish Quarter:
One includes entry to the Great Synagogue, and
Another, more affordable option, does not include the synagogue ticket.
In your case, you selected the version without the Great Synagogue entry, which is why the ticket was not part of your booking.

A must do for History buffs
There is a lot of walking, so be prepared. Information given was the best. This was high on my list when visiting Budapest. I was slightly disappointed that the "shoes on the Danube" wasn't part of this tour until I realized the geography wouldn't have worked. I di walk to them after the tour

Fabulous tour!
It was fabulous. Klinda, our guide was extremely passionate in telling much of the history. She was very knowledgeable in the history of Budapest and the history of the Jews.
I highly recommend this tour!

Well worth it!
We learned so much about the history of the Jews in Hungary and Europe in general. Well worth it! Our guide was very knowledgeable.

A very informative tour
Klaudia is a superb tour guide, her giving 100% really made this tour unforgettable. We walked at a perfect pace, while learning so much about the Jewish Quarter.
