Use Bayeux Shuttle! The vans are roomy-not sure about front seat. We used them twice. Both guides, Roma and Oranne, were friendly, answered questions, spoke wonderful English, and made you feel comfortable. Even though Mont Saint Michel is not a guided tour, Oranne told us much history, information and anecdotes on the way. She took us all the way to the Abby and left us with clear instruction, answering any remaining questions We can not say enough good about our experiences with this company.

We had a great experience with the shuttle service to Mont Sainte Michel. Our Driver, Dominique, was terrific. He was kind, thoughtful and had a great sense of humor. He was a safe driver and gave us a nice amount of information along the way. He did not talk the entire trip, which was appreciated - as we've had tour operators that talk non-stop. This tour drops you off at the base of the Abbey, and allows you several hours to explore on your own - then the return trip. The driver waits for you. Highly recommend this tour. lf I were to do it again, I would research the tides - and try to be there when the tides were coming in - as I think that would be a great experience.

Our van was comfortable and on time. Dominique was a very good driver and provided just the right amount of commentary and very good instructions when we arrived. Other passengers were friendly. Three hours at Mt St Michel seemed perfect with ample time to walk around and have some lunch before returning to the shuttle and two hour ride back to Bayeux. So, were four hours back and forth in the van with five others worth it? Our group felt that Mt St Michel is a gem and yes, we were very glad to have had this opportunity!

This was a very convenient way to get to Mont Saint-Michel from Bayeux - it is a minivan that seats 8 people plus the driver. Our guide/driver was fabulous! She gave us lots of info about MSM and escorted us to the base of the abbey on the island. The drive takes about 1 1/2 hours each way. We got about 3 1/2 hours to explore the abbey, eat some lunch and check out some shops. Highly recommend this service! Price includes tickets to the abbey.

Our guide was amazing and knowledgeable and friendly. She knew so much about everything and we enjoyed the drive there and back along with out tour on our own! Especially loved the extra stop to snap an amazing pic of the sheep with Mont Sant Michel in the background! Just an amazing day all around!!!
