This winery visit was one of the highlights of our time in Montepulciano. The wine was tasty, the vineyard was beautiful, and the hospitality was second to none. Seeing the winemaking process firsthand was really cool. One of the most memorable parts was tasting freshly picked grapes straight from the vineyard, which was an exceptional experience. We were personally transported to and from the vineyard estates by a friendly and knowledgeable guy who shared fascinating insights along the way and his personal life and experiences. To our surprise, we later learned that he was actually the owner! Which then, we really felt like VIP guest because how often do you get a chance to personally ride with the owner one on one. That level of personal attention and genuine hospitality made the experience truly memorable. If you're visiting Montepulciano, this winery with lunch is a must-visit. 🍷✨ Wish I could attach pictures

Very nice tour situated in the heart of Montepulciano. Excelent guide walked us through the historical building of De’ Rici, before the tour ended with the tasting of six wines.

Amazing wine tasting in Montepulciano! Tasted 6 different wines accompanied by cheese, salami and bread. The tour of the wine cellar was very interesting. Took around 1 hour 30min for the tour and tasting.

Very informative guide who also made the tour fun. Explained everything in terms we could all understand. Didn’t use highbrow wine terms but language we could understand and appreciate Amazing place and all of the staff were great. Couldn’t enough. Would highly recommend the tour.

Extraordinary place, and lots of info provided! Wine was great, pace of the tour as well, along the organization. The only thing I would recommend is to give people a bit more time to take pics, when group is bigger is a bit challenging to get the right one :) but it's rather a recommendation. Overall, we really enjoyed the tour!

Our tasting tour at De'Ricci Cantine Storiche was nothing short of magical! It is easy to see why this is considered one of the most beautiful cellars in the world. The architecture and atmosphere alone are breathtaking, but the experience was made truly extraordinary by our guide, Emilio. Emilio was amazing—incredibly engaging, knowledgeable, and passionate. He took the time to explain the history of the cellars and the nuances of each wine, making the entire tasting both educational and fun. He didn't just lead a tour; he provided us with a world-class experience. If you are a wine lover or just appreciate incredible history and beauty, this tour is an absolute must. Highly recommended!
