Perfect experience taking the stress out of trying to get to the airport on time. Great proactive communication making sure we had exactly what we needed for four passengers, all our luggage, and bike box. Our driver Matei was professional, prompt, friendly, and impeccably dressed. Highly recommended!
Driver was very courteous. Agent made sure he found us. Front door delivery in a congested neighborhood.
The entire booking was so easy. Our driver was waiting for us in the lobby and had cold water and great recommendations for us for dinner when we asked for his favorite places.
Our drIver was there waiting for us. Very friendly and informative Florence and other parts of Italy
Great communication; on time; very professional; clean van. Highly recommend! Will use again. Thanks
Matei was fantastico!! He was early to the meeting spot (which was not easy to reach for a van) and called me to say he was there and that we could take out time. The ride was very comfortable and plenty of room for 6 adult-sized people plus their luggage. Thanks, Matei!!
Our driver was friendly and right on time. Made our experience in Florence off to a great start. Perfect!
Driver was punctual with large, clean vehicle (we had five passengers and luggage). He was friendly and delivered us safely to the departures drop off.
Our driver was excellent. He was waiting for us ahead of schedule, got us to the airport efficiently and graciously helped with our luggage on both ends.
Friendly driver was very patient with 5 of us with plenty of luggage. Great Mercedes van. Quick and efficient drive to the airport.
