Regarding your comment about the bamboo ride, we understand your perspective, however, we want to assure you that our intention is to provide our guests with a unique and memorable experience. The "chill-out" spot is a popular destination for many of our guests, offering a chance to relax, enjoy the culture, scenery, and interact with local vendors which is a optional stop. While the total duration of the excursion may have seemed shorter than anticipated, we understand when having fun the time may seems shorter than the actual time spent. You got picked up from your hotel at 9:00am, round-trip driving time is 2hr, both activities duration was approximately 1hr&45 minutes long and you were returned to your hotel at approximately 2pm. As we strive to provide accurate information about our excursions, and we apologize if there was a misunderstanding. Please check again the information regarding the duration as it seems you missread opening hours for duration. Thanks again for booking with us.
