Alessio did an amazing job. from his kindness to the knowledge he shared with us. both of our excursions he was very accommodating to making changes to the schedule and giving us the best 2 days in Lisbon.

We did not participate in the tour because the tour operator stated that they had not received the booking. After more than 1 hour of waiting and trying to contact by phone, we manage to talk to the tour operator. As the only solution to their lack, he proposes to carry out the same tour but privately with a surcharge of €100. We accept because it is our last day in Lisbon and given the time it is also the only way not to waste the day altogether, but basically we had to pay for their mistake. In all this I asked for a refund of the difference of €100 that I had to incur from Viator who refunded me only about 25% of this amount without giving me any explanation. I would also add that the tour we did was done with a driver, not a guide, which is a totally different service.

After having a great experience with Ricardo Domingues on my previous trip, I booked another tour with him to explore fátima ,nazaré & óbidos—and once again, he exceeded my expectations! The tour guide Rafael was extremely knowledgeable and we highly recommend him. The tour was fun and very informative.

We picked our own places to go and they were very informative. We took a lot of pictures. They even went far & beyond helping us when they found out that we needed to go to the airport, Angela helped us to get our luggage that the airline misplaced. We are highly recommended this company!
