Maria was amazing! History, fabulous eats, and Wine. All safe foods that I can eat. I took pictures of the restaurants names, so I can go back during our stay. She even got us a taxi to get us back to the hotel, and she gave us recommendations of a place right before we leave. Amazing time.
Wonderful intimate experience for 2. Was safely guided through a taste of Italy fully catering for my coeliac and trying new things for the first time. Tour included GF food and drink as well as historical overview of areas visited. Need to pace your self through tours as lots to taste
Our tour with Maria was awesome! She’s a great person and knew a lot about the area. The food was great and all the people we encountered were also nice. My husband is not gluten free but he said it was one of his favourite activities from our trip.
Fabrizia was a wonderful guide. She was informative about local culture. She took us to some delicious dining areas. They were so good that we went back for meals the following days. Would highly recommend!!

All the gluten free food we had on this tour was fantastic but the best part was our guide Mattei who was very knowledgeable about the city and its history as well as its food. It’s more than a food tour - it’s a walking history tour as well. Would highly recommend!
