Michelangelo was on time and such a nice man. We enjoyed his company and professionalism. And his music!

Great driver. Arrived early which worked out even better for all of us. He letnua know but told us to take our time and he was ready for our set time but him arriving early just meant we could leave earlier so that was great!

The driver did not show up. I called the company and the driver said he was not coming to pick us up.

he drove a bit fast but I think everyone does in Italy LOL Otherwise great. Picked me up on time and was friendly

The driver arrived with a lit cigarette in hand. No apology although he was over 10 minutes late. We had forewarned them that we were three people, two on the large size with large luggage. Instead of a van (which everyone else at the dock seemed to get) we were crammed into the back seat of a small car while some of our luggage rode in the front seat. The ride was uneventful. We have used Viator many times in the past, this was our first disappointing experience.

I need to thank the telephone agent who saved me after the original vendor cancelled. She took the tome to get me a replacement. Our driver was warm friendly, on time. Had a clear sign and informed.
