The tour was through Tower Tours and our guide was Patrick. Very personable and friendly guide. He gave little tidbits of information related to the different places our small group was from as well as a ton of information about the red woods, Muir Woods, SF and some surrounding cities. It was great and Muir Woods was majestic

Thank you for the great feedback and recommendation. We are glad to hear about your good experience with us and we hope to see you again.
This tour was a terrible experience. It looks like the management provides excellent empathy and zero sympathy. When it comes to picking up participants, they can wait for 15 minutes and when it comes to visiting the Muir Woods, they can't wait for more than 10 minutes. There was another tour company and I had to join their group! What is worse the team didn"t provide their contact number neither a group meeting. I wonder would they have done the same thing had they lost their loved ones in the woods? I just wonder after my visit to the woods...
We are sorry to hear about your experience. If you have more information regarding the tour, and the instructions that your group was provided from our tour guide, please feel free to email us directly at sfreservations@bigbustours.com so we can investigate further. Sincerely, Big Bus Tours SF
Our guide to Muir Woods knew the sights very well and kept us entertained all the way to the state park. He also had a very funny sense of humor which made the ride even more enjoyable. There was a misunderstanding about the second part of our tour which was the Big Bus Tour which we did not make on time coming back from Muir Woods. However, the customer service agent was very helpful and refunded us the amount for that missed trip. I would highly recommend booking a tour with Viator.
The Driver was very informative and the tour satisfied my timeline.I made new friends in a short time.Very much dependant on perfect weather which we had.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us!
JFK was our driver/guide. He went above and beyond offering suggestions for attractions amend restaurants in the area. A local resident insight.
We really enjoyed the experience but would have liked more time in Muir Woods. It was beautiful! The Hop-On Hop-Off tour was much better than I expected. It was very informational and well done.

Wonderful experience! Tour guide was great on the Muir Woods experience. Hop-on Hop-Off very interesting. A great way to see so many sites in the city.
