The experience itself was wonderful. The falls were great the slides and jumps were thrilling. The monkeyland experience was also great we got to spend a good amount of time with the monkeys which i have seen people complain about in other reviews. Throughout the trip our guide Flower/ Floricel was incredibly warm and answered any questions we might’ve had all while making us giggle. It was a great time and i recommend it. The drive was pretty short but our driver fabio was great too. During the experience we were allowed to leave our extra belongings in his truck. The tour of the plantation was short but interesting.
Tour guides were very nice! Always smiling and informing us about things around us! MUST DO IN PUERTO PLATA!

Bernie and Junior were the tour guides and did an outstanding job! Great fun for the whole family! The rain cancelled the falls portion, but Junior was great at making the best of the situation and keeping us having fun!
This was an excellent experience. The buses were very nice and clean. This excursion was as advertised. Martin and Junior did an excellent job getting us to our destination.
It was a wonderful experience thanks to our guide Juan Guzmán and Fabio. He's funny and full of energy, creating a good atmosphere. I recommend them both if you are looking for a memorable experience.
