Dear Frances, we'd like to thank you for your kind review. We're sorry you had to wait 40 minutes before leaving the port. Unfortunately, in some circumstances (fortunately, rarely), some passengers, even those booked for the same time, have difficulty disembarking the ship in time, also due to passport control (customs). Although our waiting times are 15 to 30 minutes maximum, we try not to leave anyone behind so as not to cause significant inconvenience in finding transportation on site. If you (like everyone else) had needed to get to the airport and had a departing flight, we wouldn't have waited longer than the agreed time before departing the port. Dear Randy, we're very sorry you rated our service as inadequate, but we'd like to explain to you and the other guests how the service was performed. Your shared transfer was scheduled for 9:30 a.m. pick-up from the ship. We asked you to move up to 8:45/9:00 a.m., but this wasn't possible due to the length of time at passport control on the ship. Consequently, our driver waited for you until 10:15 a.m., more than 45 minutes past the original pick-up time (9:30 a.m.) and well beyond the 15-minute waiting time stipulated in the terms of the contract. We acted like perfect professionals in waiting for you to exit the ship (delaying all subsequent services scheduled with our driver), and you were transported privately so that the other passengers on your transfer wouldn't have to wait beyond the permitted time. We asked you €100 (if we had left the port as per our terms and conditions, you would have had difficulty finding a taxi on the spot and would have paid over €200), and then we only accepted €70 because you didn't have the full amount available. We expected a heartfelt thank you for helping you overcome your difficulties, but instead you thought it best to criticize our willingness to help. Thank you so much for not realizing that our company solved a serious problem for you by not leaving you alone in a country that isn't yours. Andrea

We are sorry for your comment that we can use to help future guests. You have given us responsibilities that do not belong to us and you did not appreciate the effort we put into getting you to meet your driver. If it was difficult for you to meet the driver at the port, this is not our fault. The ship docked at a dock where the spaces are very narrow where many people disembark at the same time. The confusion that is found is not our responsibility. We did everything possible to help you meet your driver. (always being in contact with you) The Van with which we provided your transfer was hot only when leaving the port (it had been stopped for 30 minutes waiting for you under the sun at a temperature above 30°) once you left the port you enjoyed a perfectly air-conditioned van. (to the point that 2 passengers wanted to turn up the temperature because it was very cold inside) You complained about being left for last this can happen if you choose to save money by traveling with a shared transfer instead of a private one. However you arrived at your destination within the time we indicate 90/120 minutes. Kind Regards
