We had an unforgettable day tour visiting Quinta da Regaleira, Pena Palace, Cabo da Roca, and Cascais! Everything was exceptionally well-organized, smooth, and timed perfectly so we could enjoy each spot without feeling rushed. A special thanks to our guide, Mario, who truly made the day extra special. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, energetic, and shared so many insightful stories and history about every location. You can tell he really loves what he does!

I was very disappointed about this tour. It started out with the fact that I didn’t receive information about the pick-up time shifting to 8:30am from 8:00am until after midnight the night before the trip when I was obviously asleep. Therefore I went to the location by 7:45am as instructed before and realized there upon checking my emails that I had to wait for nearly an hour. Upon the bus's arrival, the tour guide was kind of stressed out because the rest of the group was picked up at another location as there were two options offered when booking. She told me that “her office called me this morning and I hung up” whereas nobody called me, I double-checked and I didn’t even have a missed call, let alone talking to someone. I told her that I didn't talk to anyone but she insisted in a rather rude way that I had hung up. We started the tour and as she was talking about the itinerary, I realized that there was a location that wasn't mentioned in the tour description or the itinerary at all: Qinta da Regaleria. It wouldn't have been a problem but it turned out that I didn't have a ticket for it as out of the two ticket options I chose the one that didn't include this. Now, the two options were this: 1. Pena Palace Gardens, 2. Pena Palace and Gardens. Apparently, the latter meant Qinta da Regaleria palace as well... how is one supposed to know that when there's literally no mention of the palace on the tour's page? I wanted to visit the palace but since it wasn't not on the itinerary, I had no idea that the "Pena Palace and Gardens" ticket would include it. This confusion not only caused me to miss out on the palace, it also caused me to have nearly 3 hours of free time on my own in Sintra, where the palace was. The options were named absolutely misleading and it should have been mentioned that if you're opting for option 1, you'll have considerable free time on your own. Altogether, I'm very dissatisfied about the communication (the lack of thereof, really) and how it all was handled.

Lili was a fantastic guide! He knows all the best places and is also great at recommending cafés and restaurants. What really stood out was how kind and empathetic he was—he helped one lady carry her backpack and even walked a couple of kilometres back down to find another lady who had gotten lost. He genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everyone was safe and comfortable.

Had a great time with the tour; it was well worth it. Our guides, Marcos and Mario, were very informative and helpful throughout the trip. Highly recommended tour if you’re in Portugal.
