Awesome night tour - A MUST
Awesome tour and tour guide including the boat captain and helper. All three had excellent eyes for wildlife and truly made our night tour worth it. We saw many nocturnal birds like the smallest Kingfisher and the Heron, an anteater, a bull frog, a crocodile, many Iguanas and Jesus Christ lizards and finally the highlight - saw Fer-de-lance, venomous pit viper first, then the Boa Imperator and lastly the Cateyed snake. highly recommend this tour.

Edgar and the guys were AMAZING!! Made our entire experience! They need a raise for sure because so good!

Fun idea but this provider not the best
One of the least interesting tours we’ve been on. Guide didnt seem to be putting much effort into finding animals and the boat went quite quickly so we didnt see much. The inclusion of the dinner was nothing more than an excuse to drag us to their friends mediocre restaurant. Did see a few cool things and was a nice way to meet some other tourists.

Wildlife night tour
Johnny was an amazing tour guide. He is very knowledgeable about the animals. He was able to find and show us amazing wildlife at night. I would recommend this tour especially with Johnny to anyone. You don’t want to miss this experience! 10/10.

Amazing time on the river
We had an amazing time on this trip our guide was named anderson he was really helpful and showed us all sorts of cool animals and told us about them all then brought us to gran papa for dinner after

Not very helpful after they get your money
The ride was cancelled due to a rain storm. There was no follow up regarding refunds or reschedules. Lots of finger pointing on who to contact but no help whatsoever

The activity operated as scheduled and the majority of the tour was completed. Unfortunately, toward the end of the experience, weather conditions deteriorated and a significant rainstorm developed. Safety is always our highest priority, particularly during outdoor activities where weather conditions can change quickly. While we understand that having the final portion of an activity interrupted is disappointing, our guides must make decisions based on the conditions present at that moment and the safety of everyone participating. Regarding your comments about a refund or rescheduling, we would also like to clarify that our team did not receive a direct request from you for either option following the tour. Therefore, we did not have an opportunity to review your concerns or provide further assistance at that time. We are sorry if there was any confusion regarding whom to contact. We always encourage our guests to contact our customer service team directly whenever there is a concern with an experience so that we have the opportunity to review the circumstances and provide appropriate assistance. We appreciate your feedback and regret that the unexpected weather conditions affected the conclusion of your experience. edgar saved our lives in many animal encounters. absolutely lost our minds when we saw an anteater IRL. very knowledgeable and the dinner after was delish!
