It is a long day but a great time to see beautiful small towns on the water. Steep climb much of the towns so be ready. My wife and I are in good shape so not a problem. Many were having a tough time. Our guides were nice and pleasant but average. Accent was tough on this tour too understand for some in our group. Loved to places we visited. They did leave one of that was on the itinerary. Big problem was we were all told don't be late we will leave you. But a couple missed the train and we waited 35 mins for them at the bus. No physical limits to the couple so just didn't pay attention. Then we had to have a bathroom stop off the toll road for someone. Early an extra hour. Just let us all know the schedule is a suggestion not something we must adhere to.

Full day excursion to see 4 of the 5 towns. Lots of beautiful scenery and lots of walking. If it had need 15 degrees cooler would have been perfect. We had a nice lunch at a suggted local restaurant.

Our guide was welcoming and did a great job with communicating with such a large group! Unfortunately, our trip was cut short d/t weather and we were left in a train station for 2 hrs waiting to be picked up by a bus! It appeared that communication between our guide and the company was poor! Dany kept us informed as she received updates. Because the storm was expected, it seemed as though the tour company should have had provisions in place beforehand. Our guide Dany should be commended for her excellent people skills! The Cinque Terre region is beautiful😎

We did not get to take the excursion. Our flight was canceled in London due to an Air Traffic Control problems. We tried all day to get out on a flight. No flights were available. By the time we knew that we were not going to make it. We called and told them the problem and ask if we could change to another day. We were working hard to arrive in Italy. They said that we missed the cut off to cancel or change so they would not do anything to help us. We were open to any date that they had an opening over the next 2 weeks. They were not willing to help us at all! It was totally out of our control, but they didn’t care.
