Very nice! We saw maybe 6 or 7 whales. Very fun. I got lots of videos and pics. The guide and captain were professional and friendly. Super Canadian. They gave us jackets and toques which was wonderful as it got cold on the ocean.

What an absolutely unforgettable experience! We were lucky enough to see at least 50 whales throughout the tour, including multiple humpbacks surrounding our boat at one point. It truly felt surreal and exceeded every expectation we had. A huge shoutout to Tilly, Lilly, Jared, and Sarah. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely passionate about marine life. They made everyone feel welcome, answered every question with enthusiasm, and shared so many fascinating facts that made the experience even more special. The crew clearly cares deeply about both their guests and the wildlife, making sure the whales were observed respectfully while giving us amazing views and plenty of time to soak it all in. If you’re in Victoria and considering a whale watching tour, I can’t recommend Eagle Wing Tours enough. This was easily one of the highlights of our trip, and we’ll be talking about it for years to come!

A unique experience shared with family. It was truly a magical moment! What a privilege to be able to experience this. The team was really great, and the boat is perfect, especially if the weather is not very good.

Great boat, FANTASTIC CREW, very knowledgeable and very accomodating. We didn't see Orca's that day, saw them 11 out of the previous 12 days, but they put us on humpbacks breaching for several hours. Would recommend them 100%. Derek, Lili, Jo, and Captian Rod were our crew. They provided information well above " look left and look right". Truely exciting and Informative trip. Our trip far exceeded any expectations we had. From check in at the harbour the staff were excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and truly loved their roles as ambassadors for whales and marine wildlife. The vessel was spacious and comfortable and in very good condition, with extras like binoculars, blankets, and outerwear for guests comfort. As well, snacks for a small donation. We had so many whale sightings and some up close encounters, which were unexpected and immensly thrilling. Guides were knowledgeable and enthusiastic about sharing and answering questions and often just as excited we were. I recommend Eagle Wing as my top marine tour company.

We had an amazing experience on this tour! We had seven people two of which were small children ages three and four everyone on board was very knowledgeable helpful and safety was number one priority! It was great to have the ability to be outside or inside, especially with the children the best News of all… We saw whales! 🐳. Two different pods!!! It was simply AMAZING!! Thank you Captain Joe, Derek, Keaton and Lili!!! What a lifelong memory for me and my family!!!

We planned a trip to Victoria to go whale watching and were lucky enough to see orcas and humpback whales! The crew were so friendly and knowledgeable- thank you to Derek, Laura, Carol and Captain Trev. We loved being on Derek’s side of the boat. His dedication to the wildlife of the Salish Sea came through in every interaction - he was happy to answer any questions. Thank you Derek! There was plenty of room so everyone could have a good view of the whales and move around depending on which side the whales were based. Even though it was June we were glad to have brought warm layers and a jacket. They do provide hats and gloves but I would make sure to bring your own to ensure you stay warm. We are so pleased that we choose Eagle Wing Tours and would recommend it to anyone that visits Victoria!

It was amazing!! Being able to see orcas AND a humpback whale was such a great experience! They were so beautiful! The crew was also amazing! Everyone was so sweet, answered all our questions, and made the experience special. Shoutout to Laura, Carol, Derek, and Trev for working hard and sharing their love of wildlife with us!

What an experience! From the guide being super knowledgeable and appreciative of us being there and supporting a good cause, it was just a fun ride from beginning to end. The boat ride in and out of the harbor is the best rollercoaster fun I’ve had in a while. Seeing the whales was majestic. Wow. What an amazing site to see. I will cherish this memory forever. I recommend taking gloves and a beenie, not a ball cap. lol. Also bring a professional camera that has a good zoom, you wont regret it.
