This was an amazing tour. We covered a lot of ground so you do keep moving, but I was very glad to fit it all in. It is hard to put into words, the emotions and feelings when visiting such important locations, but I am so very glad I went. Alex was an excellent guide, who gave clear instructions for times and places and made sure we made all the checkpoints. Don't let the time of the tour put you off, you barely notice the day going by with all the info and experiences provided.

Thai-Burma Railway excursion
Alex, our guide, was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He made all of our small group (6) welcome and included. Occasionally his accent was a little hard to understand but his enthusiasm and sense of humour made up for it.
He was good and keeping us to our tight schedule without being too rushed.
A good guide, a good driver, and a worthwhile, but moving, experience.

Bridge over the River Kwai and Hellfire Pass
We booked this tour yesterday and the communication with the tour manager was amazing. They confirmed the pick up and recommended items to bring. The morning collection was great and before you knew it we were making our way out of Bangkok to Kanchanaburi and the Bridge over the River Kwai. A decent amount of time on the bridge and then to the CWGC cemetery and museum. We then caught the train and crossed the bridge and spent an hour travelling through the countryside and crossed the viaduct. Stopped for a simple Thai buffet lunch and then moved on to visit Hellfire Pass that concluded the tour. The luxury minivan was clean and safely driven. The guide and driver were professional throughout. Value for money, excellent customer service and great experience. I absolutely recommend this tour.

A great day!
This experience was so good, I feel like there was a lot fit into the course of a day. Alex was an amazing tour guide, the food was really good, and the activities were super interesting.

Very moving tour
Great tour, very moving and insightful. Easy pick up from our accomodation and comfortable transport. Time to walk the bridge and cemetery. Train was very busy. Lunch was well organised and delicious. Hellfire pass was very moving.

Poignant reflective day at Hellfire Pass
Alex was an excellent guide, sharing much knowledge along the way. Peter the driver was very safe. The lunch was delicious and more than adequate. And the experience at Hellfire Pass was poignant, but brilliant. Well worth the 13 hour day.

A must do experience
Excellent experience. Going there makes one more aware of the tragedy of the WW2 railway construction from Thailand to Burma, visualised in the David Lean film, 'Bridge On The River Kwai'

I joined the Death...
I joined the Death Railway and Hellfire Pass tour on 9 June and had a wonderful experience. As I booked through a third-party app, I especially appreciated the quick confirmation of my booking from the tour operator. The evening before the tour, I received confirmation of my booking along with my pickup time by 8:00 p.m., which was very reassuring and helped me plan ahead.
There was a good amount of time at the museum without feeling rushed, and the lunch provided was delicious.
Alex was an excellent and friendly guide. He took photos throughout the day and shared them with me afterward, which was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated.
A special mention to the driver, who did a great job navigating the heavy traffic on the return journey and getting everyone back safely and comfortably.
Overall, the tour was well organised from start to finish.

The tour was ok overall ,...
The tour was ok overall , but it didn't quite live up to its expectations. The hell fire pass was closed during my tour which was something was looking forward to experiencing. To be fair nothing particularly special , transport and timing were fine, although the experience felt quite standard and a little underwhelming for the price. The guide was friendly , but overall it was more of an average experience than a memorable one
