The bikes were missing accessories that we ordered and paid for - the person didn't seem to know or care what we ordered. We recieved road tires despite ordering gravel tires. The Bikes were of very poor quality and we had numerous problems on the Camino route, chains slipping on climbes, numerous punctures (eventually ran out of spare tubes) due to inappropriate tires. Despite paying for assistance, that involved telling us by phone to walk to an unidentified bike shop. I really advise thinking twice before engaging with this crowd.
We're sorry your experience wasn't as positive as so many others who use our service. Punctures are not included in the service, every time you have a puncture you should buy a new tyre tube at the next shop. You should know how to change an inner tube, check that the spike is still inside the tyre, and as it's a gravel tyre, it should have more pressure to avoid tread. As it happens, you used the inner tubes of two of your colleagues (4 punctures in total). The 3 bikes were exactly the same and they made it to the finish without any punctures or problems with their bikes. Of the three users, you were the unluckiest, and we're sorry for what happened. We never abandon our customers and they even had a transfer in our car from Santiago to Porto.
Everything was very excellent!! From contacting Ruy to delivery of the bike. The path is indescribable. It was a wonderful 6 days. I can't wait to bring my family and friends along for this adventure.

The Portuguese Way from Povoa to Santiago along the coast is stunning, highly recommended. The bikes were standard and good enough to ride about 35 to 40 miles a day. We did not have panniers so we were able to go faster.

We rented bike for a few days and then extended it for the full Camino. The owner was great, he made it very easy and was very nice to deal with.
