We were somewhat surprised that we would be joining a tour group that had taken a bus in from Brussels. The group was so large that it was divided up into two groups, which was good. However, the guide seemed fairly knowledgeable but was too quiet when speaking. We missed a lot of what was said because he did not speak up, even when I asked him to repeat himself. I think a little Google research before going to Bruges and walking around at your own leisure would have made for a better experience.
Great tour, Lei was our guide she was very friendly & explained everything. We had the canal & beer tasting tour & beer tasting was excellent & could do these 2 things in your own time which was great
Excellent Tour! Our guide was very knowledgeable about the city and gave us history about each sight. The boat ride was a great addition, allowing us to see the city from the canals.

Lyla was highly informative on the walking tour. The pace was easy (which was good as it was very hot in Brugge). She highlighted all the main points of interest and gave us handy tips of places to visit, eat, and drink. 2hr went by quickly. All in all good tour and highly recommended.
Bruges is beautiful and it was great to get to hear about it from a local, with her insights and local knowledge.
