Good way to get to know Bruges
A wonderful way of getting to know about Bruges. Leah was a very pleasant guide who gave us all sorts of information about Bruges and took us to some very interesting spots. These are places I would never have done on my own. So glad I took this tour.

Ideal for English-speakers!
It is well organized and conducted at a reasonable pace for adults. The guide, Lea, was well informed about the history of Bruges and the local sites. She was fluent in English and very responsive to questions. She also has an excellent sense of humor and seemed to enjoy the tour as much as we did.

Incorrectly indicated on site.
When the Dutch option was chosen, she eventually spoke English. Find that it's a shame he didn't choose Dutch for nothing.

Lovely start to the visit of Brugge Rune was lovely and very knowledgeable easy pace for all aged people

Your didn’t occur
The tour guide never responded to my messages and then didn’t show up to the tour. This wasted our time as we walked 20 minutes to the tour location, waited 20 minutes at the assigned destination, and then 20 minutes back. This was a huge disappointment. I am not sure I would use Viator again. I feel that I should be compensated beyond just the requested refund.

A Day in Bruge
The guide was excellent. Very knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. She packed a lot in in 2 hours. A very thorough tour hitting all the high points.
