Tour was good and tour guide very friendly. We probably lost some time as there were lots of people and the explanations had to be given in both Spanish and English - I think splitting up the group would have made the experience better. According to the itinerary we were supposed to have 3 hours in Bayonne, but we ended up having only 2 which made the lunch experience and visiting the city very rushed. I’d recommend if you want the comfort of not driving - if not you can also easily do the trip via car from San Sebastián.

Pick up was exactly as advised the guide was knowledgeable and funny we enjoyed the trip. Bus was clean and comfortable and safe driving.

Comfortable coach travel. Large group for a tour. Aitor did well to keep the group together and on time. Booked this as ‘English’ tour but it was actually bilingual; not a huge issue but did lose some time due to having to duplicate. Would be better replacing the ‘guided tour’ with more free time. Overall an excellent way to spend a day having a taster of the French Basque region. Have coffee and croissant in Biarritz, lunch in Bayonne and ice cream/gelato in San Juan.

This was a great trip as a taster of the French Basque region. Our guide, Aitor, gave us just the right amount of information at each stopping point and then we had some free time to explore or grab a coffee/lunch etc The three towns were lovely, but different. Excellent value for money

The trip was very nice! Aitor, the guide, very friendly and the excursion was very well guided and with info of each very interesting site. Alberto, the bus driver, very professional and punctual throughout the journey.

Three fairytale cities in one day. Punctuality, competence, and availability of the guide, the nice Arton, who knew how to guide us on the three tours, helping us navigate Bayonne where we unexpectedly found ourselves in an endless vortex of people at the city festival. Everything went well. I recommend the excursion.

Biarritz was the highlight of the trip. Two other locations, while representing Basque culture, were less interesting. In this respect, redistributing the trip time more towards Biarritz seems desirable.

A mixture of great spots (Biarritz), nice beach town (san Jean de Luz) and a mediocre stop (Bayonne).

The excursion to the three sites could be improved in terms of time. Especially the city of Biarritz; the tour could have been longer.

Walking tour not advisable if there’s a heat wave . They should offer other alternative. that’s tolerable. The guide should choose a place that’s is shady to explain about the place not over expose to sun.
