This was an amazing tour - blending different foods of Quebec with wine and beer, and history of the city along the way. Marie was an excellent guide. Highly recommend. And make sure you are hungry - it is a lot of food.
Even though it was a very rainy day, our tour guide Jocelyn was wonderful, providing all sorts of details about history and architecture . And the food was excellent, catering the tastes of the entire group.
Gourmet food samples, Jocelyn was interesting and provided a lot of good information as we walked from place to place. They were also willing to make some adjustments to accommodate my food preferences.
Our tour guide Etienne was knowledgeable and shared interesting historical information. The restaurant choices were perfect! Each one served delicious food! There was enough food offered for an entire meal.
