Definitely recommend booking this tour! Ernie was our tour guide and was so personable and knowledgeable. He really made this tour memorable and fun! We left with a new found love of Slovenia, learning so much about the country and wanting to return! The itinerary is well planned and as a private tour we never felt rushed which made for such an enjoyable day!

We traveled off a cruise ship in Trieste with four children, 10 and under. Sandra met us right at the cruise ship terminal and was amazing from the start. She provided a perfect amount of information and was always open for questions. Our main sites were Koper and Piran. We personally loved the scenery of Piran and having time to walk and eat. Sandra treated our children to gelato at our final stop at a winery. We would 100% recommend this tour to young families. You have to take the opportunity to see the beauty of Slovenia. If you are lucky to have Sandra, you’ll have a warm and knowledgeable guide.

Ernie was our guide and he was the BEST!!!!!!! his love and pride for his country is truly evident . It made you want to stay and explore the country MORE! He had a wealth of knowledge and the tour was a perfect tease to what Slovenia had to offer!! You won't regret booking this one!!!

Good communication in the lead up to the excursion. Our guide Sandra was waiting for us as we walked out of the cruise terminal. She was really friendly and informative, we visited Koper to which she gave us a quick tour of the square and then headed to Piran where we had free time. To finish off we headed up in the hillside to a winery which had amazing views. I fully recommend this tour and a big thank you to Sandra for making our excursion so memorable!!

Fabulous tour! Our tour operator was a small company highly focused on customer experience. Mateja was excellent and very flexible helping us with last minute reservations and planning. Our guide was incredible. Dean was born and raised in Piran and the local knowledge and perspective he brought to our tour was so unique. Our kids (14 and 9 years old) loved this trip. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this experience was. Highly recommend booking you won’t be disappointed. We were so pleased we used the same company for two additional tours and were delighted with all our guides.

The cost is beautiful and Ernest gave us a lot of historical and cultural insight that was helpful and made the trip very memorable.

It was very good - definitely worth the drive Carmen is full of local information - the only recommendation would be if she could use a microphone because the people in the back couldn’t hear what she was saying.
