I booked this walking food tour for our first day in Florence as my son had said it’sa good way to learn our way about the town. It wasn’t quite what we were expecting but worked out better for me as I had damaged my hip and unable to walk to far. We visited 6 eating places all in a very small area. In each place we sampled different foods and wines. Our guide, Valerie, explained about the local foods while we sampled them. The group was supposed to be 7 people but no one else turned up so my 2 sons and I had a private tour and fun chat.

Best tour in France! We went to 5 different fabulous restaurants in Florence and the food was spectacular. The wine poured were very large glasses and loved our guide. Extremely knowledgeable and very easy to get a long with. Best trip in Florence!

Val was amazing - a great guide. It was almost too much food. This isn’t just tastings, this experience had very generous portions as well. Also, you do stay in one smaller area around the vicinity of the monument to Dante so as far as walking goes there isn’t too too much. Definitely not enough to burn off all of the calories!! 😂 I really enjoyed the experience though and would do it again.

This was an amazing experience in Florence! We decided to do a food tour the first night we were in town and it was a great decision. Valeri was an incredible tour guide. An international sommelier from Florence who knew so much about the food and wine we were trying. The tour took us to 5 different locations and we got to try some amazing local cuisine. It was all delicious and a great way to learn the local culture and cuisine. And Valeri was so nice, warm, and gave us a long list of recommendations for our stay. Would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Florence!

We had a lovely experience with Santiago. The tour was a small group full of lovely people, and we were treated to lovely food and drinks the whole time! Santiago gave us great tips as well. This was a fantastic way to start our trip in Florence and spend the afternoon!

What a wonderful way to begin our vacation in Florence. The food and wine were well chosen and delicious. The guide not only explained the choices of food and wine but how they relate to the city and the region. A full walking and eating adventure. Highly recommend!

Lucia was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly knowledgeable about so many aspects of Florence and gave us a wonderful taste of the city’s best places. What made the experience truly special was the way she brought the spirit, history, and culture of Florence to life. We loved every moment!

This tour in/around the Santa Croce area included four or five stops at restaurants and one food stall (for the typical Florentine lampredotto sandwich), and all included water and wine. We ended with creamy, delicious gelato. Our guide Guido gave us some history and travel tips, and answered all our many questions. Would recommend!

Guido was an excellent tour guide. Our group was fun but we had some slow walkers, timing was an issue.

What an incredible experience! Guidone was our guide, and he was not only well versed in the history of Florence, but he described the food and wine at each stop with detail and appreciation! Come hungry, and prepared to walk from venue to venue!
