It had very little ghost content and mostly just property history on a handful of houses. Try the other tours as I overheard many and they sounded much more entertaining.

A disappointing experience - the tour guide was targeting a 20-something audience with her presentation so I missed much of her references to pop culture. And there were a lot of them. Ugh. So it wasn’t frightening at all. Plus there were only two of us on the tour because the other people canceled so that made it awkward. This tour was ‘recommended’ but other groups we passed had 10-15 people in them and their guides sounded better prepared. Booked this online - I suggest booking in person so you know what kind of tour you are buying.
