Our cruise docked in Gydania and we booked a round trip transfer to Gdansk. Our driver, Matthew, was waiting for us as we exited our ship…he delivered us to our tour meeting spot and was waiting to return us to our ship later the same day. The service we received was friendly, punctual, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them for car service.

Prestige were absolutely  superb. They were accommodating and professional  from our very first email. First class, with prompt communication throughout . Michal, our driver was a lovely  man courteous, friendly,  very helpful. We arrived in Gydnia on a cruise ship and travelled to Gdansk for the day. Michal was waiting for us with a name board. My husband has mobility issues and Michal was attentive and helpful ensuring he was comfortable in his seat and his wheelchair safely stowed. He confirmed our " back on board" time and made sure we were back in time. It was a pleasure  spending the time in his company. He is a credit to the company. We would have no problem recommending Prestige services and they would be our go to choice if we needed such a service again.

We took this transfer from the Gdynia port to Gdansk. It was the best commute. Matthew took us and we arranged for the pick up. He was prompt, safe, and friendly. We have already contacted Zbigniew from home on Recommendation from a cruise forum. The first contact was very friendly and the planning went smoothly. At the port of arrival in Gdynia, Zbigniew is already waiting for us with a sign on time. He even got us an extra child seat. On the way to Gdańsk he gave interesting information and tips again and again. We were in Gdansk for 3 hours and then drove on to Sopot. Zbigniew was always waiting for us at the agreed location. We got back to the ship on time. For 7 hours we paid 140 euros for 5 people. The whole process was great and we would repeat again and again. A big thank you again to Zbigniew. We had booked a private transfer from the cruise port of Gdynia to Gdansk with Mr. Zbigniew. Phone +48 502 891 002 (Whatsapp). German speaking taxi driver. Has child seat. Transfer to Gdansk, organ in Oliva, Sopot. 120 euros for 3 people (2 adults and 1 child). He is very nice, helpful, gave us a map, accompanied us in Oliwa through the beautiful park and led us to a special Attraction, always waiting. We were able to determine the time for the onward journey ourselves. He gave valuable tips. He is highly recommended!

We had traveled by cruise ship to Gdynia which stands as a port of call for Gdansk and is simply a problem with the arrival and departure. The excursions from the shipping company are not only very expensive but also offer very little freedom. The service of transportation was perfect without exception. The vehicle was in perfect condition inside and outside. The driver was very nice and courteous The driver was punctual at the pickup in the port and also at the pickup in the afternoon. What was especially important for us was the fast and uncomplicated processing by email the confirmations came quickly and professionally and we were even kept up to date by the driver during our stay. It is also important to mention that there was no annoying discussion with a cab driver on the spot what I personally hate. The price agreed and confirmed by mail was required and I paid by credit card PERFECT If you want to travel comfortably with a small group (we were 5 people) it is not only comparable in price but you gain endless time through this individual transportation.

This was a really good experience. The driver was very nice and fluent english. He was easy to get hold of, either calling or text. Flexibility was also great, as we needed to change/adapt our plans during the day. Will for sure call them next time I visit Tri-city
