Don’t change the time because I’ve never goes to the local driver and when you’re on a cruise, you never know what time you’re going to deport until they tell you you can call ahead and the cruise line will not let you know until three days when you deport the ship, therefore I changed the time and nobody ever showed so when I called they said the time is never changed would not recommend at all
We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the experience. However, we would like to clarify what happened. We did not receive a confirmed request from you with a new pickup time. In fact, on the day before your scheduled transfer, we sent you a message confirming the pickup time in our system, and you confirmed that time. Our driver was therefore dispatched according to the confirmed pickup time. We understand that cruise disembarkation times can sometimes change, but in such cases we need to be informed of the new confirmed pickup time so that we can update the booking and notify the driver. We regret the misunderstanding, but we believe it is important to clarify that the driver did arrive according to the pickup time that had been confirmed with you.
