We (two couples) were in Europe for 5 days and then a 9 day cruise. This private day tour of Piza, Florence and Tuscany was our absolute favorite day of the entire trip. Our awesome guide Massimo was waiting at our port when we walked off the ship at our designated time. We had a couple of must see events planned like the Leaning Tower of Piza and the city of Florence. Having a knowledgeable, friendly guide like Massimo made this day so memorable as we saw so many things and learned so much about the area that we would have never have been able to do on our own. The highlight of our day was a private wine tasting in Tuscany. We were able to try 5 wines and it was accompanied by various cheeses, breads and olive oil! What an awesome day! I would highly recommend our tour guide Massimo as well as Viator as our entire excursion exceeded our expectations!

We had an AMAZING day with our guide Massimo. We truly felt like we saw so much and got to experience the region, all in just a short 8-hour day trip. Because we were a private group, we were able to choose which city we wanted to spend more time in and Massimo catered the tour to our liking. Pisa was charming, Florence was beautiful, and the winery we visited was breathtaking. The company did a great job of communicating with us beforehand. Massimo contacted us that morning to let us know where to look for him and was right where he said he'd be. He made us feel like family the whole day. Do not hesitate to book this tour!!

We could not ask for anything more! We were a group of 11, from age 8 to 77 and this was such a memorable tour! Comfortable vehicles (with AC!) and great customer service from the company via email, the staff via WhatsApp and the drivers/tour guides! And guaranteed back to the ship on time! Thank you! We used Mussio for our day in Florence from our cruise. We were picked up at the port and communication was excellent. I set up the tour to go to Piza, Lucca and a wine tasting. It was PERFECT! We are a family of 4, with 2 adult children. We ALL enjoyed the day! Spent a short time at Piza and then headed to Lucca for a great visit and had an amazing lunch. Then we went to a winery in the hills, it was beautiful and the wine was so good! Our driver Mussio was the BEST! It was one of our best days on our cruise!

Had the best day with Simona! She was so kind and very knowledgeable! From making us reservations for lunch, to gelato, to showing us the most picturesque spots, to a vineyard tour! I was sad when it ended!

We had an amazing day on this private tour from Livorno to Pisa, Lucca and a stop at a winery. Massimo, our guide, was a delight and truly made this day magical for us. He shared so much about his family and culture and made the experience unique with his commentaries and conversation. We truly enjoyed our day and would request Massimo again if we are ever in the area again.

Our guide was waiting on us when our ship arrived in Livorno, we hopped into the Mercedes van and headed to Pisa. We didn't want to spend too much time in Pisa because we wanted more time in Florence and our guide listened to our desires. We had plenty of time in Florence for lunch and shopping and then headed to a winery. Our guide took us to the Fattoria di Poggio Capponi Winery. This was the highlight of our time! Our guide delivered us back to the ship in plenty of time for departure. The guide was very personable and courteous throughout the day. He listened to our desires and made sure we were happy.

The trip was perfect. Just the right amount of time in each location and our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable. We learned so much in one day, but definitely manageable. The vineyard as breathtaking and the owner was a delight!
