Nichola (Nick) was fantastic. We did a 2 hour tour of the Pompei ruins., he was knowledgeable and fun. We had a great experience and highly recommend doing this private tour rather than one of the tours with 30 people, this was very cool.

Although we had only four days in Italy before boarding a transatlantic cruise ship we took a day to get from Rome to Naples by high speed train and book a private three hour tour in Pompei. Lilia did a great job of explaining route options and budgeting our time. She pivoted to avoid crowds without skipping important stops. She was EXTREMELY knowledgeable but also is a local who could explain why a family would choose to live in the shadow of Vesuvius for generations. Her passion for the importance of this world historical site was contagious. Although Pompei was also full of tourist we went to Lungomare di Napoli and had a relaxing lunch and seaside stroll

Our Tour Guide Jin Luca (SP) was fantastic ... very very knowledgeable and funny... engaged my 10 year old grandson, lunch location was outstanding ... overall we had a great experience.

Truly an unforgettable experience! Our driver and guide Emi was both knowledgeable and passionate about his home. I learned so much about Rome, history, politics, and current culture during our drive that even though we had 3 hour drive at times, we were entertained the entire way! If you are looking for the best experience in Rome and the surrounding area there is no other choice than Emi!

Book this tour you won’t be disappointed! You will see and do so much in one day. It was one of the best days of our vacation to Italy- we got Emiliano as our guide/driver and we all just loved him. My husband sat in the front with him and passionately sang Italian tunes with him like they were old friends. Emi taught us so many cool things about Italy along the way, honestly kept us super entertained and engaged for hours in the car. I chose this company for a truly grand tour of Pompeii, Sorrento, and Positano and we had the best day EVER with our guide Emiliano! Traveling with Emi for 12 hours was like traveling with a good friend and family member! He expertly navigated and drove us to the destinations and that alone was an experience! Along the way out of Rome and to the coast he would be pointing out sites and explaining their history and he is SO KNOWLEDGEABLE. There were but rare moments when we weren’t chatting about history, culture…. You name it! Sorrento was beautiful and our favorite over Positano but we all agreed that Positano was still worth seeing. The road to get to Positano is NUTS as it’s one way up and down from the mountain but we never had a doubt in our mind about Emi’s impressive driving. The restaurant Emi recommended for lunch was INCREDIBLE. Best food we’d eaten. Then Pompeii was absolutely breathtaking. I had some in my party who wanted to skip Pompeii but it wasn’t long before they were thanking me that I insisted we keep it on our itinerary, it quick became their favorite site for the whole trip. This was a long day but worth every minute, and besides, you’re traveling in a cushy air conditioned Mercedes! We were very comfortable and very well looked after. We can’t thank Emi enough, if I could give more then five stars I would! Next time we are in Italy I will use this company again without a doubt in my mind!

Aldo Monti is very easy to deal with. They tried to accommodate all our requests and they response so fast! Our trip to Amalfi Coast was a customized one and it was the best trip we had in Rome last year. Big shout out to Emiliano who drove us there and provide us with so much and interesting information about the area plus a bit of Rome interesting. Its so nice to be with someone who does not have limited knowledge and is not bookish on the information being provided to you. Also, last minute we decided to ask Aldo Monti if they can drop us off to the airport as we had bad experience with the taxi cabs on the day we arrived at Rome, and they were able to accommodate us on that very short notice. They really made our experience at Rome very memorable! We would definitely and highly recommend them to anyone going to visit Rome. Don't even consider any other tour agency, with Aldo Monti you're in good hands!!

This is my 2nd time engaging them. Everything was well planned & I really feel safe being with them. My family & children annoyed themselves throughout the trip. We look forward to use them again for our next trip to Italy.
