Excellent guide! Laura is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and made the tour very enjoyable. The only part I found somewhat disappointing was the visit to the limoncello factory. It felt more like a shop and a purchasing stop than an actual factory visit that added value to the tour. What was also surprising is that the exact same products from the same brand can be found in stores in Sorrento for about half the price. Other than that, we really enjoyed the tour and Laura was fantastic!

I booked the sorrento and pompeii day trip through get your guide, great value for money as we visited 2 holiday destinations in 1 day. our tour Guide Errica was so helpful, so funny and kept the mood up whilst travelling between destinations. Errica is amazing and shared so much knowledge and information about both sorrento and pompeii whilst also talking to us on the coach about sights we were seeing on the way and their history. thank you so much will be booking another trip! thank you errica💓
This was a professional operator with a personal touch. The tour guide Marisa and bus driver Johno were excellent at what they did and made you feel comfortable the whole time.
We had a wonderful time. Laura was a spectacular guide. Well-organized and easy to follow her instructions. I loved her history and travel tips throughout the tour. Roman and Sorrento drivers were a bit wild, but Valerio did well driving us through the chaos. Sorrento was absolutely gorgeous. Pompeii was fascinating. The only negative for me was the other passengers, therefore my suggestion would be smaller groups. Unfortunately we found many of the passengers rather oblivious and inconsiderate, but this is of course no reflection on the organization.
I love how my dream trip was with City Wonders. Our tour guides, Marisa and Enzo, were exceptionally good; I honestly believe they possess the knowledge to establish a school of Roman history, LOL. I highly recommend this experience for first-time visitors seeking to fulfill their dream trip. The duration of the visit is quite appropriate, though it would be advisable to check the weather beforehand, as it was quite warm, almost as if Vesuvius itself were erupting 🫠
