Paola was an excellent guide. We had a fantastic experience with her. She took very good care of the entire group.

Paula has a fantastic commentary with information, a dose of humour and facts. This tour offers a wide range of experiences in one day with a comfortable bus 🚌.

Our guide, Mary(something more but shortened to Mary) was absolutely amazing! A rise of stories and information about all possible strange and incredibly pleasant. All cred to her! The bus was very comfortable and David a super driver. What pulls down are the small stops along the way. These are marketed as tasting of the ymse. Unfortunately there is little taste but stop where to buy food or other at stiff prices - and go to the toilet. If the toilet on the bus had been available, one could spare these stops because: when it was in line or something took time, the very visits to Sorrento and Pompeii were shortened. When you get to Sorrento you have to get some food, and then there will be very little time to see the city. In Pompeii we got the world's most charming Italian guide, but again - for a short time, because you had to pass the same two stops on the return. A long day, a lot of bus and a lot of fun to see but with clear improvement potential! The tour is also described as either Positano or Sorrento. We wanted to go to Positano but did not have to choose and was placed in the Sorrento group. Others probably had to choose a city.

Everything was great. Unfortunately, we had to share our tour with rude travelers who didn’t know what they signed up for. The stop in Sorrento was short, due to traffic. Pompeii was amazing! Our guide Maria Elena was very helpful getting us from place to place on time. She talked a lot, which wasn’t always necessary but sometimes helpful and informative.

The tour was super fun. Our guide who’s name I can’t remember right now (super sweet lady, talked a lot but I didn’t mind after a while) was super nice and warned us about the heat, but it was honestly really manageable. The others with us were rude, left their trash, and didn’t pay attention, and it really killed my mood sometimes, especially when it was obvious they only came for the sorrento and limoncello part, and then got fussy about “boring” Pompeii. But at the end of the day, all the guides were super sweet, had interesting things to say, and didn’t let the disinterested Americans bother them. I would definitely come back to Pompeii the same exact way as I did today.

We had a great tour of Pompeii with our guide Veronica. She was very knowledgeable and made the visit very interesting. Our bus driver, Roberto had great skills with driving, especially with the occasional brutal traffic. We also really appreciated our tour guide, Mario. He shared so much good information about Italy and its history and gave us very valuable tips on eating in Rome. Thank you Mario for the recommendation to al42, as we made it there right as they opened and had a fantastic meal!!! The other visits included were, to me a bit of a waste of time. Our group was divided at one point with some visiting Sorrento and others visiting Positano. Problematic, as when one group ran late, the other group had to wait. The heavy traffic and efficiency issues made for a very long day.
