The tour operator cancelled the tour less than 15 hours before we were supposed to leave. This left no time for me to book an alternative option on our last day in Rome as everything was booked, and they offered no reasonable alternative. They advised me to reach out to Tripadvisor for a refund, which was extremely hard to figure out. A good tour operator would have initiated the process themselves, as others have done for me in the past. To top things off, I wrote a review and they requested I remove it. I told them I wanted to amend it to reflect my frustration as a time situation as I did receive my refund, but could no longer find it within minutes. They must have contacted TripAdvisor to have it removed. If they can reach out to TripAdvisor so easily, why didn't they offer to help me while on vacation, instead of causing me hours of frustration?

DONT BOOK - Book with another provider if interested in going to Pompeii. We were told by Show Me Italy another tour company they partner with would be running the tour. We show up to the correct meeting point and the tour guide had no record or information of 20+ people who booked this tour with this operator. Not that guides fault, but naturally she couldn’t let us onto her tour bus. The company we booked through wasn’t even open yet to answer or help. Completely lost all of our plans for the day for one of our last days in Italy. Save yourself the trouble and book a different provider.
Horrible service, our tour company “Show me Italy SRL” never showed up, no contact either, never answered calls or WhatsApp texts. Left a whole group of about 10+ people stranded , no tour, no explanation. Very unprofessional. I’m just hoping we get our money back.
The tour operator never showed up and didn’t pick up the phone when contacted. The guides with the red flags were from The Tour Guy and didn’t know who we were, or why we were waiting with the rest of their group. We had to change plans last minute and never got the explanation to why it happened.
It was a very beautiful experience. Shivi is very kind, funny, and helps us at every step. It was a super pleasant and nice moment.
The excursion did not take place; we went to the meeting point after waking up very early, and after being there for 2 hours, they told us it was canceled.
Great experience and loved our tour guide (Desire) who was enthusiastic and very engaging. Seeing both Pompeii and Amalfi Coast in one day from rome seemed impossible but this agency made it possible. Highly recommend :)
The whole day was perfect. We had Desire as our guide and she made the experience amazing. She had lots of games for the bus and it was a nice ice breaker for the group. Pompeii ruins guided tour was included which was so interesting. I would recommend to anyone who is in Rome this tour is a must!!
The trip was cancelled by the operator, so cannot say anything about the experience. There was a bit of a hiccup with refund process: it took a bit longer than expected and a bit more effort from my side than needed, however Desiree was quite helpful in resolving the issue and I got my refund.
