Awesome experience! Very safe and considerate experience with an excellent briefing and guide cars. Well worth it.

Heaps of fun with some adrenaline pumping moments driving through some of Osaka’s busy/touristy areas. Quality carts with good brakes. Safety cars at front and back of group.

I would expect this in the US, but not in Japan. The driver of the lead car was an Australian boy of about 19 years who spoke condescendingly and rudely. I feel like he must be new to the job and an inexperienced driver. The karts are very slow to accelerate and their maximum speed seems to be about 40 kph. This young boy would accelerate from stops at a rate the karts cannot match, and would often exceed the maximum speed of the karts and pull far ahead. At one point he criticized us for not following closely enough, and when I informed him that we were driving at top speed, he asked if I was pushing the pedal all the way down. I have been driving for longer than this child has been alive, and to receive a comment like this was very insulting. I hope that when he matures a bit he can learn to show basic respect and patience. His driving skills are in need of quite some improvement, as well. Strangely, the driver's father was riding along with him through the whole trip. When I said hello to him, he just looked at me coldly, so I think I understand why this young boy behaves the way he does.

I had an exciting time, and it was an amazing experience! After choosing the outfit/cosplay which u wish to wear (there a a lot of them to choose from) and a quick safety briefing, we made our way to our kart. From there it's 90 mins around the streets of Osaka. The route chosen was excellence blending popular spots and landmarks around Osaka. There are also stretches esp near Osaka castle where there was less traffic are where you get the chance to test the speed of your kart. Highly recommend!

BEWARE! Rude Host - no communication! We had to find out last minute that you needed all three of the following: - international driving certificate - driver's license - passport They will gladly take your money and not say a thing until you show up hoping to go on the tour - it was almost like they couldn't wait to send us away and did nothing to help. We took a taxi to get here which was relatively expensive, had they even once reached out for the 24-hour deadline like many other operators.. they Suck!

This was awesome! Super friendly staff, the go karts were cool and the tour was perfect! Loved that we could see so many areas in Osaka while driving. Big thank you😍

We had a great time doing the Osaka tour. Staff was very accommodating. Tour lap hit all the highlights of the city. Had multiple photo ops that were very well organized; 100 stars! ⭐️

Great experience, staff members were really helpful and easy to deal with, communication wasn’t a problem when needing to change times. Go karts were spacious especially for wider fits and leg room. Overall fantastic experience and would recommend

Our tour was so fantastic I told all my family and friends immediately. Will be a highlight of our amazing trip to this incredible country. Driving here wasn’t daunting at all with our experienced tour guide there to lead us. Best staff and tour hands down. Loved it so much! Thank you for the experience!

Awesome team. Awesome experience. 10/10. The staff was friendly and super nice. The karts were well taken care of and thrilling. I went at night. Less cars to get in your way and you get to see the city lit up.
