Our flight got cancelled and we submitted a refund and they denied it . They stopped answering messages and wouldn’t pick up the call. How do you make customers pay for a service they don’t and can’t even use. We didn’t even get to the destination and you have the audacity to charge us for the booking. Horrible service and company. Dios sabe lo que hacen , y espero que Karma lo busquen.

The ride to our resort was nice but we had to wait way more than 5 minutes like the lady told us when we checked in outside in the extreme heat. I do like that we were the only ones in the vehicle and it was air conditioned.
