Excellent driver. Safe and friendly. Car was immaculate.
We booked private airport transport to our hotel in Punta Cana and had a great experience with our driver Sergino. We were met promptly at the airport, were provided ice waters and a big, clean car. We travelled with a 1 and 2 year old so I was stressed about the car seats, but fortunately they were set up and clean. Our kids had had a long day so we were pacifying them with snacks which I felt bad about because they definitely left crumbs in the seats and car but they were kind and professional. They only stressful part was that the reservation was originally booked and our confirmation email had completely different pick up times than we entered. To get in touch with staff and get this sorted out took days and multiple emails which caused us unnecessary stress. Overall, I'd recommend Transekur to anyone needing transportation!
