Their airport transfer fee is very affordable compared to other companies. Finding the meet-up point is easy—it's literally right outside the arrival hall as soon as you step out. We were greeted by super friendly staff holding a sign with our name. Our driver, NAVIN, was equally friendly, helpful, funny guy, and very engaging. He kept us entertained throughout the 20-minute trip to the Sheraton Resort and, since it was our first time here, gave us several helpful tips to get around. Any questions we have in mind he was able to address them ~ Highly recommend their service!

Had a fantastic journey with James he helped me out so much from telling me what it’s like to live in Fiji to giving me my first coconut to try. He even helped me out when I couldn’t figure out how to get into my airbnb and returned my bank card when I didn’t even realise I had left it in the car. I used Epic Transfer and Tours during my entire 6 days in Fiji on Viti Levu. I felt safe and was transported safely from each destination and to each destination with this company. I had the pleasure of having two rides with Mr. Ali and he drove very safely, I felt safe, and he provided great conversation. He also showed me on the way to the airport the up and coming areas of Nadi. In addition I almost left my bag of souvenirs in the car when I got to the airport and he made sure he gave them to me before he drove off! I also had the pleasure of receiving transportation from Ronald and he was a great driver who drove me on roundtrip same day transfers, even at night. We also had great conversation and he made me feel safe and looked after while suggesting various stops along the way if I desired. I was also giving transportation by Richard who allowed me to take great photos near the hotel I was departing from. He had great conversation and was very hospitable for future trips for my parents and myself to Fiji. He even allowed me to stop at a nice souvenir shop he recommended where I got handmade and unique clothing and a nice replica rugby jersey. The souvenir store had great staff. All of these drivers including the first driver I had on 20/3/2024 who’s name I am unsure of all provided great driving, great conversation, made me feel safe, and were very prompt picking me up and dropping me off. I would highly recommend Epic Transfers to get around Viti Levu. I would avoid riding the buses which run late and can be unsafe. I would instead recommend this company who I booked on Viator and directly on their website. They have prompt response time with communication and coordination of all of my transfers which were a total of about 6 throughout my trip. Also all of the drivers were knowledgable of Fiji’s landscape and pointed out landmarks along the way to me. All of the questions and concerns I had were answered. I also liked that you can pay online beforehand for all transfers. Tipping was also optional and I did try to tip all of the drivers when I had Fiji cash. I am very appreciative of all the transportation and I will use Epic again when I return to Fiji and recommend them when family members come to visit Fiji.

Picked up on time with driver effecient and friendly and made the transfer easy and effortless on a large transfer bus with shuttle luggage

James had us covered on both arrival and departure, even accommodating a last minute request to tour Nadi when a cyclone delayed our flight. He kindly waited for other delays and was great with our small children. Great service, thank you!

Our driver Navin is amazing. Navin took care of us during the week we're in Fiji and showed us great culture and history of Fiji. He is easy going and have great knowledge, always on time and very responsive. Always a great experience with him! It is easy to recommend Navin for any travellers going to Fiji Nadi!

Navin was our driver and he was a delight! Very informative driver with lots of tips and culture facts of Fiji. It was a pleasure driving with Navin. He made our journey to our hotel a lovely experience and we have since used this service again already having made a 3hour journey from Nadi to Souva. We really enjoyed our journey with him and were so pleased he was willing to share with us some knowledge about Fijian culture and people.
