I picked this company for a return transfer from the airport to my hotel and can’t fault them - I’d highly recommend and will certainly be using them on any future visit! The representative was easily spotted in the arrivals hall and it was a nice touch to be given a traditional garland to wear on the journey. I booked a private vehicle was nice enough and clean, and the driver was promptly at the hotel for the return journey at the time I’d booked. Perfect and flawless service!

We had a great experience with Rosie Holidays! We were picked up from the airport and promptly taken to Port Denarau, and then transported from the Port back to the airport at the end of our trip. Sanjay picked us up in one of the EVs and he was lovely. We look forward to booking with them in the future!

We just used Rosie Holiday and couldn't be happier. Loved the private transfer SUV from airport to Port Denarau and back. Both our drivers, William and Buli were amazing, helpful, lots of Fiji info and sweet. Highly recommend.

Easy transfer experience from Nadi to the coral coast - finding our Rosie's at the airport was easy, their service impeccable and the driver stopped at a supermarket for us to get a few snacks and drinks.

I booked my private transfers with Rosie Holidays and they were excellent! We rode in the new EV transfers and they were stunning and very comfortable which was great for our long drives between hotels. Each of the three drivers were very helpful and friendly, especially our first driver Sunjay (excuse the spelling-it might be incorrect). Rosie Holidays also has tour desks at many resorts and are a great source to book many of the best tours in Fiji. Highly recommend!

Dishonest. Dysfunctional. Overpriced. Incompetent. My sister booked an airport transfer to our hotel in Momi Bay. Her flight was canceled and rebooked for the next day. The rest of our family arrived on a different flight earlier in the week. I visited the Rosie tour desk here at Momi Bay to inform them that my sister would not arrive as scheduled. The person at the desk made a phone call, canceled her reservation, and gave me a cancellation confirmation number. This person confirmed that my sister would receive a refund in the coming days. I chose not to reschedule a pickup for the next day, as their pricing is 2-3x that of other transfer companies. After she arrived on the rescheduled flight, she received an email from them stating that she was a "no show". We stopped by the Rosie desk to ask them why she had not yet been refunded. They informed us that the cancellation confirmation number was insufficient and that the Rosie employee I met with had not properly handled the matter.
