They saved me
This company was great. I screwed up and made the reservation for a day later than we actually showed up. They were able to accommodate us with no wait or issue.

Nope!
Pretty much dumped us on the street in the old city short of our hotel with little information. Thank goodness for the kindness of strangers!
事業者からの返答
We are sorry for the experience you had. I investigated the matter and the driver said you were dropped off at the given address, but since that address is not a hotel, the location might show a side street in the old city. Of course, you are right, but we wanted to inform you that this was not done intentionally, as the driver was responsible for verifying the accuracy of the location. We apologize again.

The driver is nice and friendly, the car is nice and clean but we wait long time
Long waiting time I wait 40 min the driver to pick me up When i landed i let them know that I'm in the airport and still waiting long
事業者からの返答
Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the waiting time you experienced. However, a 40-minute delay is unlikely, as our vehicles are always stationed just 5 minutes away from the airport. On that particular day, there was heavy traffic congestion at the airport entrance, which sometimes causes short delays. Please note that airport management regulations do not allow our vehicles to wait inside the terminal area. We can only enter the pickup zone when the passenger is ready and must exit immediately after pickup to avoid fines. We always do our best to provide on-time, comfortable, and professional service, and we appreciate your understanding regarding this situation. Kind regards, Meet Transfer Team
