Pretty much dumped us on the street in the old city short of our hotel with little information. Thank goodness for the kindness of strangers!
We are sorry for the experience you had. I investigated the matter and the driver said you were dropped off at the given address, but since that address is not a hotel, the location might show a side street in the old city. Of course, you are right, but we wanted to inform you that this was not done intentionally, as the driver was responsible for verifying the accuracy of the location. We apologize again.

I had an excellent experience with Meet Transfer in Istanbul. The driver met me on time at the airport and helped with my luggage. The VIP vehicle was spotless, comfortable, and luxurious. Long waiting time I wait 40 min the driver to pick me up When i landed i let them know that I'm in the airport and still waiting long

However, a 40-minute delay is unlikely, as our vehicles are always stationed just 5 minutes away from the airport. On that particular day, there was heavy traffic congestion at the airport entrance, which sometimes causes short delays. Please note that airport management regulations do not allow our vehicles to wait inside the terminal area. We can only enter the pickup zone when the passenger is ready and must exit immediately after pickup to avoid fines. Overall great experience. My fiancé and I wanted to stay in Istanbul longer then TourIstanbul would stay in the city, so we booked to ensure a safe and secure ride. They were super easy to talk to, worked with us when we constantly changed our pick up time, and helped keep it low stress. And the car was comfortable and super clean. And the driver (it was so late I was half asleep and didn’t catch his name) was incredibly friendly and ensured a great experience!
