Good Way To Travel In The City
Excellent way to tour Vienna. There is no tour guide, each bus has ear phones for each rider to select their language and listen to the tour narrative traveling around the city.

Informative Bus Tours.
Hop on Hop off Busses are always a good way to get an idea of a City. This was no exception. Took the 48 hour ticket to use both lines. Excellent Audio Guide, friendly staff . on time performance. Great experience.

Just Don't
Stops are not convenient to pedestrians. The audio is about half advertising. They will strand you in the center of a strange city. If an employee is available, they will be sarcastic, not helpful.
事業者からの返答
Thank you for your feedback. We're disappointed to hear that the experience did not meet your expectations. We note your concerns regarding stop locations, the audio commentary, and the level of assistance provided during your journey. A hop-on, hop-off tour should make exploring a city easier and more enjoyable, so it's concerning to hear that you encountered difficulties along the way. Your comments have been shared with the team for review. Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience. Alex@BigBusTours

In the beginning wasn’t...
In the beginning wasn’t sure about the big red bus but now I’m definitely a fan. We were able to see so many places on our own time. I like going from place to place and not worrying about transportation. Also pickup was front of our hotel so that was a big plus.
事業者からの返答
Thank you for your review! We're delighted to hear that the tour won you over. Being able to explore the city at your own pace without having to worry about transportation is exactly what the hop-on, hop-off experience is all about. It's great to know that you were able to visit so many places with ease, and having a pickup right outside your hotel is certainly a bonus! Thank you for traveling with us, and we're thrilled to have gained a new fan. We hope to welcome you on board again soon! Alex@BigBusTours

Excellent tour bus
Booked tickets at Krantzplatz, Rep , Julian was so helpful and gave us excellent advice. He was extremely personable. The bus tour was really enjoyable . We did the city tour one day and bought tickets from the bus company for the Shrumbruum Palace on day 2 . We were also helped by another outstanding rep, Luka at the hautbahnhof. Thank you

We only trust the big bus tour company + Thanks to Julian!
My family and I went on the Big Bus Tour in Vienna on Thursday 3rd of September and were helped by the exceptional Julian. Julian was very kind, friendly, professional and informative when helping us with our tickets. He explained everything clearly, answered all our questions and made the whole process really easy and comfortable for us. We really appreciated his help and hope he gets the recognition he deserves! We had a great experience with the Big Bus Tour and would definitely recommend it to others visiting Vienna.
