Poor communication
The experience was canceled due to the Popes visit to Paris and I was not notified of the cancellation. I called Viator who reached out to the vendor as soon as I learned of the Pope’s visit and was assured that the tour would continue. On the day of the tour a cancellation note was hung from the bus stop sign. This is how I became aware of the cancellation. Am awaiting confirmation of a refund, but no assurances from the vendor or Viator.

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to be assured that the tour would operate, only to discover on the day that it had been cancelled due to the Pope's visit. We also appreciate that finding out via a notice posted at the bus stop, rather than through a direct notification, was disappointing and inconvenient.

Excellent way to see the highlights of the city & learn some facts. The weather was perfect for riding on the top of the bus. We loved it!

Nice ride to take pictures.
We did a Big Bus tour in London so we figured we would try it in Paris. The tour was fine. The driver was nice. We were able to take lots of pictures. We did one stop, Notre Dame. Ride time was around 2+ hours with traffic. Would recommend this to anyone who wants an overall scenic tour of Paris.

Nice trip
Bus route showed the important sites in Paris. Always arrived to the stop listed. Wish the night time bus was more accessible. Stop was to far to take advantage of.

Hop On / Hop Off combo and Seine cruise = good choice
First visit to Paris. The combo on land and on the Seine was well appreciated. The audio guide is a bit redundant but the buses and boats are impeccable, clean, and safe.

Goes to all main stops in...
Goes to all main stops in Paris. Be mindful of busy days for traffic. Was nice to get the top view while it was extremely busy on foot during our time.

Bus tour is NO! The boat tour on the seine at sunset YES! a yes
Don’t punish yourself with the bus. It’s not much of a tour.It was frustrating does not stop at every stop. Though it does stop at every stoplight and get stuck in traffic. The audio did not work at our seat. It was just super frustrating and took a while to get anywhere you wanted to go. although we did like the sunset boat tour on the Seine River. Make sure and do it at sunset. It’s a whole different experience.

Paris 2day with Siene Cruise
We use Big Bus worldwide we get a 2 day pass and it becomes our transportation cheaper than using taxis. The bundle offers are great for first time visitors.

I felt the commentary was...
