Not a fan of these companies and especially Grey Line. They are horrific scammers. But if you are ok with just staying on the bus and not getting off it’s fine

The bus spent more time parked up, it only does a loop of the main sights, which to be honest would have been quicker to walk. The trip doesn’t take you to many parts, so you literally just see the main attractions which was a shame. Ok, if you’ve never been ~ but you do miss so much.

Impeccable service, regular and punctual runs, the tour really allows you to enjoy the best of the city. The added value of the service is the availability and professionalism of Nordine B, who had infinite patience in giving us detailed explanations and answering our thousand questions, demonstrating friendliness and mastery of both English and Spanish. Top!

Actually, just doing the tour by bus is completely useless. The commentary is short and doesn't come at the right time. On the other hand, if it rains you don't see much. In short, use it only to get from site to site.

A lifelong Parisian, I let myself be convinced to take a tour with friends. I have always lived in Paris, but this experience allowed me to see my city in a different way... We were welcomed by Soufiane, an exceptional driver who was helpful, kind, and who really welcomed us well with a big smile throughout the entire tour. Pleasantly surprised to discover my city through different eyes, I was able to take my time, whereas the rest of the year my eyes are on the GPS. Super pleasant for me as a Parisian and for my friends who came from elsewhere. I highly recommend it.

Great experience! Very convenient for sightseeing. The only inconvenience was that not all the buses have A/C. The drivers they speak more than one language, therefore easy communication.

Good overview of Paris in a day plus a river Seine cruise. Well worth the effort. 2 hour bus time allowed easy access to various places

The bus was not easy to find and stopped and sat without even saying why or if they were leaving again. The River cruise wasnt bad but so many people were put on one boat and they all wanted on the top with no one saying there were to many up there so we were packed like sardines and sometimes it was very hard to see anything because of the people standing up in front of everyone because there wasnt enough seating. It was super uncomfortable

We had a wonderful experience with the Big Bus Tour in Paris! Everything was well organized, and the route was a great way to see the city’s most famous landmarks. A special thank you to our driver sohaila, who made the experience even better. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and always smiling. She welcomed everyone warmly as they got on the bus, creating such a positive and inviting atmosphere from the very beginning. Her cheerful attitude and professionalism really stood out and made our tour even more enjoyable.
