Tickets never arrived, 6 adults, 1 child and 1 baby were bought, we reached the whereabouts of the bus, they said that our payment coupon was not good, it was shown what the bank discounted and no one solved, one believes that why is Europe not scam, if they do not trust, I hope that they return the money, why they did not think of some children of 2 and 3 years excited to scam, from the previous day I called customer attention and sent email to request my tickets, they send me a link that with the transaction and reservation numbers said that there was no ticket, to enter the Disney Paris park we had to move adventure some tickets on December 30 where the park was full, having made the reservation since the beginning of December, which disrespect.

We fully understand how disappointing and stressful this must have been, especially with young children looking forward to the visit. Unfortunately, due to a connectivity error between Viator and our system, your booking did not reach us in time. As a result, we only became aware of your reservation on the day of your visit. Since Disneyland Paris had been fully booked for that date for more than three weeks, it was indeed impossible for us to secure replacement tickets at that moment. As soon as we identified the issue, we immediately contacted Viator to report the problem. We can confirm that this technical matter has now been resolved. We also reached out right away to the Disneyland Paris teams in an attempt to find an alternative solution. Please rest assured that you will of course be fully refunded. We are also relieved to hear that you were eventually able to enter the park, and we truly appreciate your patience despite the circumstances. Finally, we invite you to contact us directly at our agency. We would like to offer you a goodwill gesture as compensation for the inconvenience caused. Once again, we are deeply sorry for this experience, and we thank you for your understanding.
We loved the convenience that this service offered. We were picked up and dropped off near our hotel and the price was great! Also, we were very happy the Christmas decorations were up. The only sad part is that we were not able to see the fireworks at the end due to the schedule of the bus.

Got to disneyland slightly later then expected but they were friendly and provided all the information for the return journey even though I didn't use it

Plan for a big day. Disneyland is huge, with so many attractions!! We had plenty of time to see what we wanted. Shout out to the coach drivers, especially the trip home. Paris on a Saturday night was log jammed for a number of reasons. Our driver managed to get us within 50m of our hotel. Nice job under duress for sure! We didn't get his name, but 9.00pm on 13th of September 2025 from Disneyland to Gare Du Nord. Driver gets 10/10 for figuring it out. Highly recommend and would book again!

It was an easy experience and everyone was So friendly and helpful. It would be great if the bus and or person working for you had some sort of signage so we knew we were in the right place.

Everything perfect! Very reliable, the bus passed where we were told and we were given the entrance tickets to Disney Paris park.

I paid for this transportation and I wouldn’t do it again. They originally said the departure was at 8:35 AM, but they didn’t leave until 9:05 AM. At the return point, no one wearing a red vest was available to provide guidance, and only one bus was assigned to multiple stops. They instructed everyone to meet at 8:45 PM for the return trip, but again, only one bus for 3–4 stops showed up on time. It was a complete mess — they clearly didn’t have enough buses for the number of people. In the end, we didn’t leave until 9:15 PM, after several buses arrived late. Poor service and disorganized staff.

There was a mistake with the reservation. They sent us to a meeting place, and the bus was not able to accommodate all of us. When we returned, they did not explain to us where we should meet to go back. We were very exhausted, and we left. After that, we took a taxi.

Easy going and your going to Disneyland. Yes I would recommend this to everyone. I would have paid a little bit more for hotel pickup.

They failed to turn up at pick up point so missed out on this activity. They didn't answer their phone when I tried to ring.
