The communication was very quick and efficient through WhatsApp! Good selection of cars with great price/quality! The deposit can be received in euros in cash if you prefer and the remaining after 30 days in your bank account. A reliable car company, I would use again for sure!

An amazing rental experience from an American
We rented a car from Mr.Ho during out vacation to Vietnam. Mr Ho communicated perfectly in English before via WhatsApp. 1st of all he upgraded us to a great truck that drove awesome and was a great choice. He helped us navigate our way out of Hanoi city to get us going on our adventure. He gave us some pointers and his buisness card and told us to call if we had any issues which we didn’t not.
Upon our return to the airport Mr.Ho meets us on time, squared all the paper work and refunded me in $usd from the deposit balance on the spot. After the 45 day hold of $515 dollars for possible traffic violations which I had none Mr. Ho contacted me on WhatsApp and said it’s time for the remainder of your deposit. He refunded me the $515. I was so impressed with his honesty,
You can rent a car from this man if you are a foreigner without hesitation. Ca mon Mr.Ho. Hope to rent from you next time
