Best excursion of our trip! Wonderful experience

An amazing time had by all, the guys were a great laugh, attentive, knowledgeable about there surroundings and extremely safety cousious. They made our day memorable. Warning it can get very wet !! But still had great fun. Oh other than the Zip lines the highlight was to see Black Bears

Booked directly through their website, which was much cheaper than shore excursion via our cruise. Our family of 5 (3 kids ages 11 - 14) had an amazing time. Pickup was easy and as described in instructions provided after booking. Our guides were Lexi and Sophie and they were the BEST, provided thorough instructions and so friendly. It was wet and rainy during our trip, but it turned out to be so much fun. Would definitely recommend!

Easton & Maya were the absolute Best! We had a party of 9 people ages 18 to 80 and everyone enjoyed the zip line tour! FYI when we purchased our tickets the cruise ship stayed gratuity was included- however that was for the ship NOT your guides! So glad I asked because Maya & Easton were great so glad we tipped them!

Amazing views in the trees, fresh air, great guides and fantastic experience. Highly recommend, views of the salmon hatchery & a few bear sightings as well.

I had booked zip lining as a shore excursion on my ship and the ship canceled at the last minute. So I went on Viator where I’ve had good luck in the past and booked a zip line excursion for the very next day. The people were great. They were young, fun, and patient. The experience itself was quite thrilling. Nine zip lines out over the pristine natural forest, beautiful views of the water and the mountains, and below us a creek with a mama bear and her cubs fishing for salmon. I couldn’t have had a better day in Ketchikan

Maya and Sophie were fantastic guides! Both so personable and seemed very knowledgeable. They made you feel comfortable in somewhat uneasy conditions. Hanging off ropes is not my forte but thanks for a great time!

Wow, what an amazing experience! Our guides, Lexi and Nick, did an outstanding job making us feel comfortable and safe. They answered all of our questions, were super funny and engaging, and Nick even did a few tricks to make us laugh. My 10 year old daughter was a little scared to start and they were patient with her. We even got to see bears right below us while waiting on a couple of the platforms! On the way back to the cruise ship we were nervous about missing the last shuttle from town but no worries, they took us directly back to Ward Cove saving us the worry and the wait!

I cannot recommend this excursion enough! Lexi and Nick were awesome!! We took our 10 year old daughter and they were both great and very patient with her. They were funny, entertaining, and informative. We also saw several bears catching salmon in the creek below our platform which was amazing!!
