It was the last day they booked trips on the Snake river for the season. A bit chilly but beautiful. Our guide Bobby was great. Gave us lots of information and made the whole trip a lot of fun for all.

Fantastic adventure! Everyone at Mad River Boat Trips was so friendly and professional. Our shuttle driver, Nicole, went out of her way to keep us comfortable and warm during our trip. We had a blast with our guide, Bobby! He is knowledgeable about the Tetons park and Snake River! He helped us stay safe, and kept us informed every step of the way on the trip. We spotted several bald eagles, a beaver den with beavers, and osprey nests. The views were incredible! Mad River provided "splash" jackets and life jackets for us, but I would highly recommend wearing waterproof pants and shoes, because you will get soaked on the river, regardless of where you sit on the raft. You can leave your belongings/valuables (including your phone) on the bus while you are on the river because the bus will be locked. The bus/shuttle ride out to the starting point of your trip is approximately 20 minutes, with beautiful scenery; the ride back is a bit longer-approximately 35 minutes. I recommend bringing a change of clothes, and/or towels for the ride back to Mad River location. Be prepared for a light work out while paddling down the river. This excursion was super fun, and well worth the price! Highly recommend!

Highlight of our trip! Jeff was a rockstar and the perfect guide for us city slickers. We had a blast! Would totally do it again.

Great experience, especially for the price. You’re on the water for about an hour-15. Fitz, our guide was awesome. You’ll see lots of eagles and hit some really fun rapids. Would definitely do it again.

It was so much fun and well worth it. Bobby was an AMAZING guide and made the experience fun for everyone.

Ree was our rafting lead. She was so cool. She earns a certificate for rafting level 5. So we feel safe to raft with her. She guided us along the way what to do and expect. She let us sit at the head of the raft and we got splashed. We had a great time.

Aaron our guide was great. Excellent instructions and shared many insights. I was very cold due to cooler temps, clouds and rainfall and Aaron offered me a hat and fleece jacket

We had a blast!! It was a little cooler than we were anticipating that day, so four of the five of us ended up renting wetsuits for $10 - worth every penny. Bobby, our fearless leader, was really great. He was really fun to hang out with during the calmer waters and provided great instruction during the rapids. There were several boats going along the river in a group, so that was really nice.
