I would not recommend this experience. I went about a month ago with my girlfriend and we were seated with a family of about 10 people including children. During the rafting trip, kids were splashing water at us. If you’re looking for more of a rafting experience I wouldn’t choose this business. In addition, we were held up floating for about 30 minutes waiting in the water because our instructor was monitoring a day program. Our trip was held up because a child did not want to get on the raft for a separate program they run which should not interfere with our experience. We then were 30-45 min late to getting back which matters when you have limited days in Jackson hole. Rather than write a poor review, I contacted the company and they took no accountability for what had transpired. I’ve been going back and forth with them for weeks and I have received no follow up. They told me to contact Viator for a refund and when I did Viator said the business declined the refund. I am still waiting for a response. Extremely upset with this business and their lack of accountability for poor service.

This was a fantastic time! The guides were terrific and scenery stunning. We can’t wait to go back and do it again!

Very knowledgeable and friendly guides. Had a blast even with a group of strangers. Felt very safe and would 100% do it all over again! Only strife was with Viator not communicating with the rafting company when changing times so we had to be fit on to another raft after waiting a little bit.

What a perfect family friendly ride ! It was an awesome combination of calm and exciting. We had three teenage kids with us and everyone had a great time. Our tour guide Adam was amazing ! Highly recommend.

We would do this again and again. The entire experience was amazing. Everyone at the shop where we meet to begin and end were so kind and helpful. The bus river was funny and told us fun facts about areas we drove through while safely getting us from place to place and our tour guide Jackson was the GOAT. We left this event ready to book another 5 rafting rides.

This is worth every penny for the views alone. Our guide was Reese and she was great. The actual trip was about 1 1/2 hours and the scenery was fantastic. Be sure to take a towel and dry clothes to leave on the bus. It does not matter how warm of a day it is, that water is freezing! A lot of the trip the water is calm but there are some really good rapids too. We saw four bald eagles, Osprey, and otters. There is a small hike back to the bus at the end but the views are fabulous then too. You can rent a wetsuit, waterproof jacket, and water shoes at the site. We did not do that but my husband sure wished he had. I was fine once I got back to the bus and put my jacket on.

Oh my!!! We had a blast and were ready to go down snake river rapids again. Tristian was our guide and lots of fun. The rapids were great. All the staff were professional and organized.

Awesome experience with awesome staff. They took care of us from the beginning to the end. Our guide Cameron was incredible.

Our guide, Jackson, was excellent and the rapids were so much fun! The rapids were just enough to get you wet but not enough to turn the boat over, so it was perfect.
