Used this company for a private transfer from my hotel in Hoi An to the Da Nang airport. They communicated before the booking on the pickup time and location. Showed up 5 mins early loaded and unloaded my bags . Great job
Hi Jessica, We’re really glad the whole transfer — from the pre-trip communication to the luggage handling at both ends — felt smooth and stress-free for you. Thanks for choosing us, and we hope your next ride with us is just as easy!
Driver on time comfortable ride to the airport. Courteous driver packed all our bags in the neatly as there were 7 people.
Our transfer from Hoi An to Fa Nang hotel was excellent Driver was on time and the mini van was clean and had plenty of room for our bags
Dear Ronald, Warm greetings from Hoi An Express! Thank you so much for your wonderful recommendation and for sharing your feedback. It brings us great pride and joy to know that you enjoyed your trip with us. We’re thrilled that you were satisfied with our services, and driver. We truly hope to welcome you back again someday! All the best, Quynh Loan (Ms)
I would highly recommend this company for an airport pick up/ transfer and any other car transport needs. Very good communications, prompt and friendly.
Was a great smooth ride towards my desgination, clean car and chill driver. I also liked the fact he wasn't on the phone. Further the pick up time was easy to confirm and change without added charge
Yes! Everything very professional. The driver picked us up punctually, in a comfortable car for everyone. The driving was safe and he was very attentive with our luggage.
Driver arrived promptly on time and made the trip to Da Nang quick and efficient. Highly recommended!
I had a very good experience with Hoi An Express. The driver was already at the meeting point when I stepped out of the airport with my luggage and he kindly helped me with my suitcases. The car was clean and comfortable and it was a very nice ride to my hotel. The driver was polite, helpful and friendly as he transported me safely to my hotel; I would use this service again.
With my girlfriend we traveled from France to DA NANG, we were directly at the exit of the airport by our driver who was waiting for us with our prenoms written on a sign to recognize him. So we got into an air-conditioned and very clean minibus and dropped us off directly at our address indicated in HOI AN ! In particular, I would like to thank the Hoi An Express agency for organizing the transport. I recommend it!
Dear Hugo, Warmest greetings from Hoi An Express. Thank you for choosing us for your go. We are happy to know you were satisfied well by our service. Hope to have a chance to serve you again Hoi An Express team
Do not book. Terrible company. A 25 minute transfer from Da Nang to Hoi An takes 90 minutes. On the first trip, our driver was texting the whole time, swerving between lanes like a drunken fool. We had to tell him to put his phone down and watch the road. And on the return trip, our trip from Hoi An to Da Nang decided to go (completely out of the way) by the airport and pick up more passengers before going back into town. Outrageously unprofessional, a very poor experience. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
Hi BJCMelbourne, Warmest greetings from Hoi An Express, We are so sorry for any problems happened to you. It seemed like you had the shuttle bus service to transfer between Da Nang and Hoi An. The shuttle bus is a shared service, which means guests from different places would join in a same trip. Therefore, the more guests the longer it takes to travel from place to place to pick them up. For the other issues involved, we are investigating for the causes. If any inconvenience incurred to you, again, we truly apologize for that. And thank you for your review for us so that the troubles get solved for your future better experience. Hope to welcome you again soon. Best regards.
